Overview
To highlight the trends in domestic industrial development, TWSE and TPEx have expanded the industry sectors to the new economy and healthy new life. In order to track the comprehensive performance of the newly added industry sectors, TIP utilizes the "TIP Taiwan Total Market Index" as the parent index and designs "TIP Taiwan New Economy Industry Total Market Index", which is compiled by selecting constituents from the parent index that belong to the " Green Energy and Environmental Services," " Digital and Cloud Services," " Sports and Leisure," and " Household" industry sectors, with their weights given by free float adjusted market capitalization.
