Overview
The TIP Taiwan Pristine Small and Mid-Cap Select 100 Index (the “TIP Pristine Small and Mid-Cap Select 100 Index”) is derived from the Taiwan Index Plus Taiwan Total Market Index as its parent index. The index focuses on listed companies that are not among the top 50 constituents by market capitalization. It selects companies based on characteristics such as profitability, dividend distribution, and market trading activity, aiming to identify firms with solid fundamental quality that have received relatively limited market attention. The selected companies are further ranked by considering operational stability and revenue growth performance. The index is designed to represent the performance of a portfolio of small- and mid-cap stocks that exhibit sound business fundamentals and sustainable operating strength.
